  I went to Mattress firm because my old mattress gave me bad back pain. I told the salesman about my back pain and to give me the firmest they had. I shelled out $1500 for a new bed (without a return policy... what was I thinking...) and now my back problems are twice as bad. And I now sleep on the floor! Do Not Buy A mattress from these jokers unless you are sadistic and like wasting money....
